About Geraghty Associates

Geraghty Associates, Inc. began in 1978 as a management company designed to service a growing portfolio of residential apartment units. The majority of the portfolio is comprised of buildings Tom Geraghty and family built in the 1960's or subsequently acquired.

Today, Geraghty Associates, Inc. manages approximately one thousand residential units in the South End, Hyde Park, West Roxbury, Dorchester and Mattapan areas of Boston. In recent years, a number of light industrial and commercial properties have been added to the portfolio.
